Arsenal have been boosted in their pursuit of Rennes midfielder Yann M’Vila after he admitted he would be interested in signing for the Gunners.
Arsene Wenger is a known admirer of the Frenchman’s and was linked with a move for the defensive midfielder last summer. A move never came about and M’Vila remained with Rennes but reports are suggesting he will move on this summer with Arsenal among a host of clubs monitoring his situation.
However, 21-year-old M’Vila has his eyes on three clubs in particular, one being the Gunners and he particularly wants to work with the Frenchman Wenger.
“Inter, Arsenal, Real … I will take the fun everywhere!,” M’Vila told Canal +
“These are great clubs. If the coach calls you and tells you he wants you to make you play, especially a French coach, it changes everything.
“The important thing for me is getting playing time for the France team.”
