Trabzonspor have insisted they are not interested in selling Arsenal target Burak Yilmaz this summer, amid speculation the striker could be on his way to the Premier League.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is a known admirer of the Turkish ace and has been linked with a summer move for the 26-year-old as he looks to add to his attacking options.
Arsenal have been heavily reliant on Robin van Persie for goals this season and Yilmaz has netted 31 times in just 28 appearances so far this campaign, so would definately ease the burden on the Dutch forward should he make the move to the Emirates.
However, Trabzonspor president Sadri Sener is quoted by talkSPORT as saying his star player is not for sale:
“We are not negotiating his transfer to any club,” said Sener on Turkish TV. “He is our player and will not leave here.”
